hey biff, how about all of those last minute bands that got added this year! man they were fantastic.
How about them? Didn't Mt. St. Helens play? Oh yeah, I must have said Ween couldn't headline because they suck...no, no that was that Modest Mouse boy now wasn't it.

i think it's almost a given that fleet foxes and death cab for cutie will be returning next year, they both have albums coming out between now and next may.
if they're really going to go all out with the headliners next year like folks are suggesting they should just go ahead and get the smiths to reuinte
I was thinking the same thing! Also, does anyone really thing Fleet Foxes are gonna do the same festival three times in four years? Granted, they practically live there...

Technically it would be FOUR times in four years: they played two sets in `08.
edit: ...and I'm no historian, but I'm pretty sure the Flaming Lips play Sasquatch! every five months or so -- frequently having the same bands doesn't seem to be an issue for Snacks.

i don't think many people would have anything against fleet foxes coming back with new material, nor the flaming lips since they put on such a good show every time. i think if the lips make an appearance they should headline the bigfoot stage, so that people don't get pissed about them taking up a mainstage slot again.
