I was fully wanting to stay for the entirety of Beck's set since I knew I'd miss something awesome at the end (I did), but my friends were nearly literally falling asleep after the Sea Change songs and they decided they wanted to bone out after Paper Tiger.

I seriously regret missing St. Vincent to try to get closer for Jack White, and then leaving a few songs into The Roots' set because my friends had no interest in them.

I swear 10% of your posts are about how you missed nearly every cool band at Sasquatch because your friends don't like them, or you had to take a shower. It was the same last year. Next time your friends want to leave a show, think to yourself, "wonk told me to grow a pair."

You're welcome. Here's to the new you.

I didn't think anyone would bother to pay that close of attention to my posts, but yeah you're very right. I've missed too many good sets because the people I go with are ready to head back to the campground by 10pm every night. Next year, I'm doing whatever the hell I want to.

They're SO nice, and rarely sell out, so you aren't packed in like sardines with a bunch of sweaty kids trying to rush the front row. Don't you guys have 19+ shows? I swear I've been to a few in Vancouver.

It's 18+ here, but I can only imagine what a difference those three years make.

Sorry Geno!

Haha. Only messing. By the way, your buddy going toe to toe with Gramma about headphones was fuckin' awesome. I was telling Gramma after how both you guys have some pretty cool confidence about you. Glad I got to meet you.

Geno still needs to recover his Sigur Ros ticket. I've been holding the thing for way too long. My former coulda-shoulda-woulda've been boyfriend has been trying to persuade me to sell it since I got it for above face. I'm loyal to you and haven't even met you, Geno; that is the beauty of this board. But get the thing quick, would you?

Geno's friend was a rad dude, but anyone who claims that Sennheisers sound better than Bose is just plain wrong.

My favourite bar here has a Bose sound system. It makes the terrible music they play sound oh so sweet.

That guy, like, straight up told a stranger not to sully a perfectly good headphone warranty with their own personal shit!

That was fucking awesome.

Me: I bought an $80 pair of Sennies and they lasted me like eight months.
Geno's Friend: Those are probably still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Me: Yeah, I'm not the kind of guy who follows through on a warranty.
Geno's Friend: That sounds like a personal problem.

I don't know why that cracked me up so much. Maybe because that dude was 12.
