some comments: LCD's set seemed extremely short, probably because they played Yeah for about 20 minutes. I was choked they didn't play New York, I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down (although I doubted they would) but All My Friends was just:  ammazzzinggg!
I came into MGMT with low expectations and they totally blew me away. I think everyone who says they don't play well live or their sound doesn't translate have only listened to Time to Pretend, Electric Feel, and Kids and go in expecting a dance party when really its a total rock show. The Handshake was fantastic live. Plus they played Kids! Take that Coachella!
The National are the fucking shit. They played pretty much their best possible set (within expectations). For some reason everyone i talked to who saw them on the hill said they didn't sound good up there, but fuck em. If they weren't in the pit for that then they don't deserve to enjoy it 
I was on the hill for the first bit of MMJ but went down for rest and THEY FUCKING KILLED IT AT THE END. I absolutely need the see them again.
I was surprised at how into the crowd was for BOH. I knew they were popular but for some reason i always thought they were a band not alot of people loved, so it was nice to hear everyone sing along. Also surprised at how fucking haggard Ben Bridwell looks, haha.
the others: I wish I had seen more of Massive Attack, and I loved what I did see, but i was cold and tired and wanted to check out Booka Shade. Their light show was phenomenal. Cymbals Eat Guitar are extremely talented, disappointed that the crowd wasn't really into it. I don't care for Kid Cudi much, but that was THE party of the weekend. Guy puts on a pretty good show, plus i know they guy who he punched so that was cool. Deadmau5 was fucking terrible. Apparently his opening was good, but his second half that i saw was brutal. Booka Shade on the other hand was really sweet. Boys Noize was awesome. Choked I left before he broke the monitor though.
so yeah, it was a pretty good weekend.
edit: oh right. Pavement. Amazing. The middle of their set was only okay i thought, but the beginning and end were goddamn awesome.
Edit again: Oh fuck, forgot about Vampire Weekend. Its all coming back to me now. Hell we even started the conga line on the hill haha. sorry BOH.

1. My Morning Jacket - I cannot believe how many people watched Vampire Weekend and then left for MMJ. They were absolutely mindblowing. (And Vampire Weekend sucked.)
2. The New Pornographers - Dan Bejar, need I say more?

4. Broken Social Scene - I only wish the set was longer.
5. Pavement - Bruised feet from dancing so hard.

1) LCD Soundsystem- Holy shit, holy shit, holy fucking shit. They were so amazing. The highlight of the weekend for me was dancing and singing to All My Friends with all my friends. They left it all on the stage.
2) Broken Social Scene- My favorite band in the world did not disappoint. The set was short and sweet, just left my mouth watering for the Paramount in October. Better see all you guys there.
3) The New Pornographers- I don't know if anyone had more fun on stage than The New Pornographers did on Monday night. I was syked to close out my weekend with these guys. They were funny as shit and played all their classics. I read that at Primavera they played without Dan Bejar or Neko Case. We were blessed to have the whole crew kicking ass at Sasquatch. I also really enjoyed the MGMT jokes.
4) The National- Holy shit did these guys fucking kill or what? I didn't expect Matt Beringer to run through the crowd, must have been all the white wine he was chugging. That guy is a pimp. We could all lock ourselves in our apartments and grow beards but we will never be as cool as he is.
5) Deadmau5- Maybe it was the swarm of people moshing and dancing like retards, maybe it was the perfect night air, maybe it was the sweet light show or the crazy mask effects or maybe it was just the ecstasy (probably the ecstasy) but I had an insanely good time at Deadmau5. Loving the late show.
Honorable mentions)
Tallest Man on Earth- That guy is possessed, I swear. He is just larger than life on stage.
Local Natives- They probably could have banged any chick at the Big Foot Stage after that set. Next time they play Sasquatch they will be on the main stage, I'm calling it now. And is it just me or does Kelcey Ayer look creepily similar to Charlie from Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Dr. Dog- I love this band. I hope they made some new fans yesterday because they were incredible. So much fun.

1. LCD Soundsystem - The multiple dance parties that erupted, especially the party on the walkway that made the security quite pissed off was the most fun I've had in a while (this was most amusing during 'Yeah'). Closing with ‘All My Friends’ was quite fitting, but like many of you, I wanted more!!
2. Caribou - I've never seen so many people turn out for a band opening up the day at noon at this festival. Such great multi-layered soundscapes and live versions of Snaith's material, and a dance party like that of last year during Santigold broke out on the green.
3. My Morning Jacket/Broken Social Scene (cannot decide!) - At this point in my recollection of Sasquatch 2010, MMJ were just as memorable as LCD, but I had more fan at LCD. However, the extended version of several songs (notably – Dondante) were certainly one standout highlight of my weekend. BSS had the non-chalant stage banter, great sound and their genuine love of their music and performing was clearly shown during their set.
4. Massive Attack - Tried to stay in front, but couldn't believe how loud it was up there (with earplugs) during United Snakes. They were my #1 group that I was looking forward to, and the musical prowess of the band was fantastic! Needless to say, their lights were like a visual Tour de France: statistics and slaps in the face of the American foreign policy were complimentary to their message (e.g. Atlas Air) and ultra bright LED's.
5. Patrick Watson - Many missed him, since he played the Yeti in the middle of the day on Saturday, but the combination of piano, percussion and subtle vocal style really was quite memorable.
Other honorable mentions: Phantogram and No Age on Monday, glad I checked them out after many suggested I do so. I saw some of Deadmau5, but was so tired from the day and fully satisfied with MMJ's set that I didn't get into the dance party there. I love Chemical Brothers and other electronic music, but circumstance dictated that I get some sleep and not miss Caribou at noon the next day.

1.) Pavement / My Morning Jacket - I have to cheat and put two here. These are the bands I was most excited for, and they didn't disappoint. My Morning Jacket were one of the tightest live bands I've ever seen, and Pavement played everything I wanted to hear and sounded awesome doing it.
2.) Massive Attack - ...I don't even know what to say about this one. We stayed down in the pit for LCD - MA and I'm so glad we did, seeing these guys up close was pretty mindblowing.
3.) LCD Soundsystem - I was losing it during All My Friends. This is probably the one I was saddest to see end, because I just wanted so much MORE of it, I could've watched them play for hours.
4.) The National - Awesome setlist, awesome sound in the pit, just a really awesome rock show. I was with a couple people that had thought this band was kind of boring going in, and they were all super impressed.
5.) Passion Pit - The coolest crowd I was in all weekend. Really surprised that these guys packed the main stage like they did, and the energy during their show was pretty great.
Honorable Mentions - Oh man. The New Pornographers, BSS, Vampire Weekend, Cymbals Eat Guitars, The Local Natives, Portugal The Man, not to mention a lot of others that were great and a funny hour with Patton Oswalt.
This was definitely the best year so far for me.

Ok, I am in the original thread now...
1. Band of Horses (Always great, especially Ben Bridwell's stage presence)
2. Vampire Weekend (I wanted to hate on their hype, but I cannot, they were a lot of fun and very catchy)
3. Pavement (I know, I know messed up a song, bad attitude blah, blah, blah, I still think they killed it, listen to their records it is controlled chaos much of the time, well represented on stage)
4. Massive Attack (great lights, great sound, Martina Topley Bird voice is amazing, loved that the version of Teardrop they did)
5. The New Pornographers (always fun, great stage banter)
Honorable Mentions, which was almost everyone else I saw including: Local Natives, She and Him, The Heavy, Long Winters, Passion Pit, Public Enemy (the couple songs I saw), Mayer Hawthorne, Dr. Dog (I wish they could have played longer) and Nada Surf.
Edward Sharpe and Mumford and Sons would probably have made the list if I could have actually seen them.

1. LCD Soundsystem:
If you hadn't Dr. Garbanzoured it out from what everyone else has been saying so far in this thread, this was hands down the best act. Everyone who doesn't have LCD in their top 5 probably opted to see Girls. To be honest I would have liked to see Girls as well if it wasn't for the conflict. As it turned out, best decision ever. All My Friends videos on youtube are giving me chills.
2. Deadmau5
He had the advantage of a full stage over the other electronica acts, and fuck did he make the most of it. Shit was bananas, epic party. I hope they keep the late night show going next year.
3. Miike Snow
Didn't know much about them going in, but I was recommended by friends to go. Needless to say, I have been playing them on repeat since I got home. Every year I come back with at least one new artist or band who I fell in love with at the festival. This year it was Miike Snow. Their set was alot of fun.
4. The Hold Steady
A little out of place at sasquatch perhaps? These guys are known for their live show... but mostly their live show at indoor venues. Due to the conflict with The National, many people understandably missed it. I was the only one of my group of friends who was very familiar with their music. 2 of us went to the Hold Steady, the other 6 went to The National (All 8 of us are relatively familiar with The National's music, and I was actually pretty choked I had to miss them). Afterward, all 6 of them were either dissapointed or indifferent to The National's Set, while the Hold Steady had won over the friend that was nice enough to join me. No doubt The National are tremendously talented, but I can guarentee you The Hold Steady had the more engaging performance. If you are a Hold Steady fan like I am, then you loved this set.
5. Mumford and Sons
As expected, these guys were just flawless. This set was the first time I was hearing some of their new songs, and from the sounds of it, they are only going to get better and grow in popularity. Don't be suprised to see thses guys hit the main stage in a couple years.
Honorable mentions:
- Props to Passion Pit for performance which was 20x better than last year, and alot of fun. Assist goes to inflatable whale.
- Boys Noize/Booka Shade both rocked it in the electronic department
- Band of Horses was sick. Funeral was one of my favorite tracks of the festival
- Massive attack might have had a shot at the top 5 if I had caught more of their set.
A side note: Phantogram was a band that played the yeti stage that I was really excited to see. They were good. In my opinion, one of the best acts that not alot of people have heard of. I expect them to get bigger over the next few years.

fffuuuuuuuuccck.
that was the one time on the weekend i decided to give into group mentality & party with my friends instead of seeing the acts i wanted to regardless
for some reason i didn't expect bejar to be there & he's by far my fave of the group. if only i had known..
i don't really have many regrets tho.. kids was one of the hypest song performances of the event, even if i found mgmt fairly greenhorned performers overall

i also thought deadmau5 was pretty shitty.. i was in the very front row & left after 30 mins
all it did was confirm i'm not a fan of his.. so there's no point in me trying to argue/justify it.
of all the dance acts there, z-trip & a-trak are infinitely better djs & played the best sets imo (didn't watch simian). i also think smaller venues are much better suited for djs tho.
and kid cudi i also thought was only decent. the fact that he rapped over the vocal track of whatever his new single is was pretty embarrassing.. even if his size large youth anthrax tee was hella fashionable

1. New Pornographers - Skipping MGMT was my best (and easiest) decision of the weekend, they're incredible and it was great to see the whale back.
2. Seattle Rock Orchestra - Amazing set, so much energy from the crowd and the kids on stage. Too much fun. But did people not know about this? I was right up front and the whole time people were shocked at the Arcade Fire set.
3. Massive Attack - Sounded amazing. The light show was amazing, but not tacky and over the top so it didnt take away from the music.
4. LCD Soundsystem
5. The National
HM:
Mumford and Sons sounded great.
Brother Ali puts on a hell of a show
Craig Robinson was hilarious
Band Of Horses, not really a fan but they're style was very well suited for the Gorge and they sounded fantastic.
