I think what alex was hinting at (if I understood correctly) is maybe like, on top of those bands doing their normal sets on the normal stages, doing special "acoustic sets" at this stage (or maybe I completely made all that up).

haha aside from the fact that a deadmau5 acoustic set is impossible, i agree. that would be frightening.

Frightening, or would it be everything you ever thought you saw on hallucinogenics/ psychedelics. lol

Well those things can be VERY frightening.

Also of note, Nada Surf appears to have moved to the Sasquatch stage.

Wonder if the change away from the Wookie name has anything to do with not being able to use the word because its owned by George Lucas or something.

So with Nada Surf moving to the Sasquatch stage I wonder if they are adding another band to the Bigfoot Stage or if The Hold Steady and Deadmau5 will be the final two bands playing that night. This might clear up my main "tentative" conflict of The Hold Steady/The National.

haha a little late on the lucasfilm enterprises.

i think nada surf is still on the wookie (let's boycott bigfoot). there just isn't room on the main stage - they would never switch from closing sunday night on the wookie to playing before OK Go at like 4 on saturday

The hairy creature in Star Wars is actually spelt Wookiee. This makes me think that Lucas has no rights to Wookie.

That's definitely not going to stand up in court.

What if they named the stage Jorge Lucas Is A Greedy Asshole, and had a picture of a hairy creature wearing a sombrero extending it's middle finger?
