I'm going to bring up a band that is probably top 5 of least discussed acts on the lineup.

The first time I heard the chune Yards album, I think hate was a pretty safe way to describe it. By the third listen though, I started really liking it, and the freak show aspect of what little I know about her is making this a pretty intriguing act on Sunday's Wookie. I just really like weird I guess.

I have a feeling the Tallest Man on Earth followed by Cymbals Eat Guitars on the Wookie Sunday is going to be a popular location for members of this board, and chune Yards is playing the Yeti during that 20 minute intermission.

Has anyone else spent more than five minutes listening to her?

I mean, maybe about 15 minutes... But anytime it comes up on my iPod, I can't make it through much more than a few minutes.

I have to admit that I never really paid much attention to chune-yards up to this point but given the most recent discussion i decided to take a look at some youtube footage and WOW...it is a breath of fresh air. This could end up being one of the most interesting sets of the weekend. Too bad it took this long but I think I will stop by to see what her deal is!

Local Natives-Tallest Man-Cymbals Eat Guitars is quite a force to be reckoned with.
