I spent my first sasquatch trying to get as close as possible and while it had some benefits (high five from Kanye), every year since I've been more than content just getting into the inner barrier. The front row is cool but the difference between being in row 1 and row 20 is really not that significant and it's really easy to leave and then come back if you're willing to be in row 20

I love that moment of getting into the inner barrier so much. It is the hugest victory at the time!

it's such a good feeling. One of the things I love about sasquatch is that it's 20,000+ people but I can get within 50 yards of the stage at pretty much any point during the day with just a short wait. Only once or twice have I been turned away at the inner barrier

I love that fucking hill (not the Decemberists' one. Though that one is cool too)! I am going to Bonnaroo and a few peripheral cities with my brothers and some friends this year so despite some already limited funds and the fact that no one is gonna follow me to Sasquatch, I am coming back for a piece of that sweet sweet hill. My favorite spot was near the mid walkway. SOFA KING fun to dance with a view such as the Gorge in front of you. It was a special moment(s).
On a pure amazing bonus, I've met some rad people on the board here and getting to share some laughs, drinks and shows with them has equaled my Hill excitement. Sasquatch, da best.

I guess if that is the logic behind it then its acceptable, as long as its not based on the top 10 best bands....but I like the lemming alert

I think after listening to a podcast, my number 1 might have changed from Guided By Voices to the Scott Aukerman & Paul F. Tompkins Show.
If you can do any favor to this poor ol' Sasquatch-less Lump, go listen to this: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/episode-1....er-tig- notaro-
It features all of the people that will be on the Scott & Paul Show: Scott, Paul, Reggie, and Tig. And it's the most entertained I've been in quite a while. Plus it includes some of my new favorite Reggie songs. I really did enjoy it so much that it swayed my number 1 and made me debate ditching my performance to try and make Sasquatch. I'm jealous of you people for this opportunity.
