1. Deerhunter 2. Wolf Parade 3. Twin Shadow 4. Foster the People 5. Yeasayer (or Flaming Lips?? UGHH) 6. MSTRKRFT 7. Wye Oak 8. Bright Eyes 9. Chromeo 10. Major Lazer
Those are my top 10, in no particular order, unfortunately there are a lot of conflicts that will keep me away from the main stage. I'm really torn over 90 mins of Flaming Lips or 1 hour of Yeasayer, someone convince me who to go to (I've seen TFL once before).

NEVER miss a Flaming Lips show. Especially when they're playing The Soft Bulletin.
That's all I have to say.

I'd say that it's not even a matter of taste, if you are choosing Yeasayer over the Flaming Lips than you are probably a fucking idiot.

Meh, I am probably going to do Gayngs/Yeasayer over the Lips.
Seen the Lips about 5 times now and it's starting to get a little old. However, I will be seeing them do The Soft Bulletin again this summer at Osheaga, so that makes my decision much easier.

I can’t believe I’m JUST now getting around to posting this. All apologies. My list changes daily and because I’m still trying to get accustomed to some of the acts I haven’t heard of, so I didn’t want to leave anyone out. Consider this a tentative list.
My top ten (in no particular order)
1. Decemberists -- to this day, I still haven’t seen them and upon the immediate release of the line-up, I was mostly excited to see this name
2. Robyn – I’ve just now started getting into her music. She’s poppy, she’ll have a ton of energy, and there’s something that’s going to be exciting and powerful about a pop artist whose popularity isn’t reliant on breast size or sex appeal.
3. Deerhunter – gotta represent my grassroots here—their record was recorded in my hometown just outside of Atlanta. I really enjoy Deerhunter and met Bradford a few months ago. He’s legit and super nice. Very humble. I respect it when an artist doesn’t get obnoxious and cocky.
4. !!! -- I’ve just now started listening to them and after a rotation or two, I think they’ll be insanely entertaining to watch.
5. Death Cab for Cutie – Several Grammy nominations and six (?) albums later, I am still trying to grasp the depth of respect that so many others have for Death Cab for Cutie. Quite frankly, Ben Gibbard’s voice annoys me—it sounds too whiny and from my observation, has appealed to mostly an angsty teenaged emo scene. (Perhaps it was the “Meet Me on the Equinox” bull crap they released for the Twlight movie, I don’t know.) HOWEVER, before I get lambasted, I think their lyrics are genius and endearing. I’ve noticed more and more capacities for me to appreciate them in the way I should and so many others already do. I look forward to seeing them live so I can have a change of heart for them because I don’t like being a hater toward a band that I know has incredible talent. I’ve just never gotten in to them and I’d really like to.
6. Bassnectar – Not into their music. I’m going for the epic glowing shitshow that will commence.
7. Chromeo – They’ll be a ton of fun. I caught them at Lollapalooza last year and had a blast. I just hate they’ve just such an early slot because I’d love to catch them as a late night.
8. Foo Dr. Garbanzohters – legendary. Plus, its KINDA like seeing a piece of Nirvana, right?! ;-)
9. Radio Department
10. The Drums – Stamper sent me a music video of theirs several weeks ago (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUubQj7g56E) and I can tell that with they are going to be SOFA KING entertaining to watch. The singer has so much fun energy. They also remind be a bit of Two Door Cinema Club and I’m a fan of theirs.
Some of the contenders to the Top Ten
1. Modest Mouse – I look forward to seeing them because I’ve been a fan of theirs for a while now, but I’ve heard they don’t choose the best set list for their shows, leaving fans mildly disappointed because they didn’t get to hear their favorite MM song. Perhaps these guys will prove my source wrong on this at Sasquatch.
2. Local Natives – I LOVE these guys. There isn’t a single song on their debut album that I dislike, but because I’ve seen them before and because they could work on their stage presence, I listed them below the top ten.
3. Secret Sisters – Usually I’d overlook an act like these girls, but I heard an interview they did on the radio back in November and they are insanely talented. They’ve got pipes. I’m not saying I’m down for seeing the whole thing, mostly because I need more than two girls sings acoustic music during a festival to keep me interested, but I definitely want to walk by their stage when they’re performing to give them some props.
4. Foster the People
5. Yeasayer – I saw them a few months ago before I fell in love with their track 2080. I’m excited to see them again because their encore was ah-mazing. Plus, I'm pumped to see a few songs from The Flaming Lips, so I'll have to juggle my time.
6. Matt & Kim – they’re fun. I’ve already seen them and they’re entertaining for about half an hour and then I plan on moving onward.
7. Surfer Blood
8. The Antlers
9. Noah and the Whale
10. Cold War Kids
AAaaaaaaand one to grow on:
Wilco. Like their music. I’ve heard they’re cocky and arrogant which is a turn off for me as a fan, but I would like to wave at them at the fest.
Again. I’m still trying to familiarize myself with some of these artists on the line-up. Its been a slow and steady process, but with that said, I have no doubt this list will be close to entirely different, come Memorial Day Weekend. I’m just excited to be going!

This is because every Modest Mouse show has forty people fucking screaming for Cowboy Dan, over and over and over, until Isaac Brock starts saying "This next one is called Cowboy Dan" when it is actually whatever was next on their setlist. I think I've subtly hinted before that Modest Mouse is my favorite band, and I'll always make the effort to see them live, but it is becoming harder and harder to stomach the fans who earnestly believe in the "Fuck the setlist, if I yell for this track from their first album, they'll indulge me because me me me me me me me me me me me me meeeeeeee" approach to attending shows.
I guess what I'm saying is if you stand next to me during Modest Mouse and try to yell a request, I will ban you after I punch your kneecaps. (At this point I'm speaking to everyone, not Cat.)
EDIT: I'm sorry I realize I got taken away on a tangent there. Let me try to clarify.
You said: "they don’t choose the best set list for their shows" (based on what you've heard) Okay, but the problem is that here is what "the best set list for their shows" would look like according to the annoying fucking fans who won't shut the fuck up when a band they claim to enjoy is playing:
Dramamine Edit the Sad Parts So Much Beauty in Dirt COWBOY DAAANNNNNNN COWBOY DANNN! Doin' the Cockroach Talking Shit about a Pretty Sunset COWBOY DANN REPRISE Custom Concern Nothing New Never Ending Math Equation Trailer Trash COWBOY FUCKING DAN ENCORE COWBOY DAN DOUBLE ENCORE! THIRTY MINUTES OF COWBOY DAN! JUST DO IT ISAAC, PLAY LIKE THE COIN-OPERATED MONKEY YOU ARE!
Okay, so let's look at why this is a bad setlist.
First, I've seen them play a number of these songs over the years.
Second, what people seem to be clamoring for at Modest Mouse shows are the obvious, bigger songs from their past albums. Can you wrap your mind around how many times Modest Mouse has played Doin' the Cockroach? It must be a staggering number. I seriously don't blame them for not playing it as often as I or other fans might want them to.
Third, I don't know if I want to see modern-day Modest Mouse take on Edit the Sad Parts. (That's a lie; I would kill nuns to see that song. But I won't bitch when it doesn't happen.)
Fourth, Cowboy Dan is a great song but when the fuck did Modest Mouse fans decide it was the height of the canon? Honest to god this blows my mind.
Fifth, I could have gone and picked more obscure titles than, say, Nothing New, but what's the point? Modest Mouse has written a lot of songs over the years, and they still release new material. It's not like seeing Arcade Fire and going "Gosh oh gosh oh gosh I hope they play Rebellion (Lies) tonight even though it's from their first proper album!" No shit, you're going to miss some songs you wanted Modest Mouse to play. That's your fucking fault for not seeing them in 1999. Hey, it's my fault, too. I was 12 that year. This brings me, sort of, to the last point...
Sixth, those complaints are generally stupid. I saw Modest Mouse at Outside Lands in 2009 and they opened with Gravity Rides Everything and it was fucking sublime. I saw Modest Mouse at the Bridge School Benefit last year and they played Four Fingered Fisherman. They regularly play Broke and/or Custom Concern. Also I'm pretty sure they played Trucker's Atlas at one of their Sasquatch appearances.
In conclusion, people are wrong and full of shit, except for me.

I think it is because they put together truly fucking terrible setlists. I say this as a person whose favorite band used to be Modest Mouse.

I love that by today's pop standards, she's a pretty awful dancer. But really, you can tell that she is just absolutely letting loose and enjoying the hell out of moving around up on stage, rather than using cheap and provocative choreographed dance moves.
Basically, she makes me feel good about the "flopping around like a fish" style of dance that I myself have mastered

You certainly have made your fandom to MM clear and I'm glad they're on the line up for your sake.
But let me clarify. I don't yell requests. No matter how drunk I get. Promise.
But I can still get disappointed if there's a song that's pulled me in to being a fan and I don't get to hear it.
I'm a big Spoon fan. I had more fun seeing them open for Arcade Fire than AF last summer. And though I didn't scream for any song, I enjoyed their set. But I didn't walk away entirely satisfied because they left out a good 5 songs I was betting on hearing at the show.

...and i admit, i'm more excited about Yeasayer than FLAMING FUCKING LIPS, as well. Sorry.

HG, Cat, you guys posted while I was editing mine. Take a look. Specifically you, HG, although I suspect I can predict the response anyway, which I'm sure will involve a slight rephrasing of "I liked them before they got popular and I'm still butthurt about it."
