If you look historically at music fests a lot of acts, 10-20, are signed on after the initial announcement.
In my completely rampant speculation I think they'll add some EDM.

I mentioned T.E.E.T., and I know about Holy Ghost saw them at Shambhala, wasn't much of a fan but i'll give them another go. Thanks for the other suggestions!
