There's like 10 rap acts on the lineup. That comes to a grand total of 2.5 a day. I think the festival can maintain it's identity (your description is horseshit but i digress) and still host 1 rap act on each stage per day.

This is a really good idea. Bonnaroo has a "silent disco", where they distribute headphones that are synched with a DJ on stage. There are only so many pairs of headphones, so a line forms, but watching everyone dance without hearing the music yourself can be more fun than actually being in the disco.

Yeah Squamish had one of those too. They're a blast. It all seems normal with the headphones on then when you stop for a second and take them off you realize how funny dancing looks when there is no music.

Is alternative still even a thing people say? I feel like it is a regional/indie type crowd and there is a bunch of independent hip hop.

Is there any speculation as to which artists are going to be added to the lineup? Usually it's about 15 artists, I think.
I'm guessing we are going to see more EDM, like Feed Me w/ Teeth from last year.
