I love everything about this post but Kanye was actually at Sasquatch in 05 and it was amazing.

Lots of talk about how amazing 2010's lineup was today (it was) but I think 05 was still the gold standard lineup. It was only one day and yet at least five of the bands that played that day could headline today.

Exactly five could headline today. There is no sixth.

Colin Meloy did a solo show there when he was home for Christmas a couple years ago. Bill Cosby is supposed to do a joke showcase there purty soon, too. He'll probably do Sasquatch, too.

But, yeah, usually Helena shows consist of drunk karaoke.
