Last year there were 5 bands (by my unofficial count) that played both festivals. However, last year the festivals did not have overlapping days. Sasquatch ran 5/25 - 5/28 and Primavera ran 5/30 - 6/3. This year they run basically side by side.

But, PLANES!!!

If the Flaming Fucking Lips can play Primavera and Sasquatch (in 2011 when they happened over the same weekend) with all the shit they lug around than pretty much anyone can do it. Just beware of cakes.

You also 'gain' time when coming from Europe to North America, so your flight basically lands at the same time that it left.
