What's the best Roots album? I guess I'll give them a try SINCE SOMEONE (I'M LOOKING AT YOU SNACKS) THINKS THEY'RE FUCKING GOOD ENOUGH FOR MY GOD DAMN SACRED LATE NIGHT SLOT. FUCK.

How I Got Over is very, very good. I like all of their albums but that one is probably my favorite.

I listened to a bit of that, and now I'm listening to "How I Got Over." They're actually pretty decent. Nothing I would regularly listen to, but this will probably be one hell of a funky late night set. Pea stamp of approval.

Track 9 on How I Got Over with Joanna Newsom is awesome. One of my top 3 Roots songs.

It's the only time I've ever heard her voice without wanting to carve my eyeballs out with a rusty screwdriver.

Ugh. That sounds more annoying than that Major Lazer track with the autochuned baby.

Or if the Black Eyed Peas cut a track with Stevie Nicks.
