Sasquatch is oppressively hot in that 1-4pm range, typically. Cold War Kids in '08, Doves in '09, etc had this slot, I recall.
Bonnaroo was like that from, like, 10am to 6pm. |

Sasquatch '10 and '11 had no oppressive heat at all. |

You obviously weren't there on whatever day there was that riot thing. I was right in the middle of that, and I gave out all of my water because everyone was so hot and all of their droogs were kicking in.

I only have memories of freezing at night at Sasquatch '09 and '10. During the day, the temperature could not have been mnore perfect.

That's how I remember it. I've been going since '08, '08 and '09 burned the shit out of me. 10'and '11 (especially '11) weren't nearly as bad. Pitchfork this summer was heat stroke level temperatures.

The downside about the Gorge weather, especially when it is not mid-summer is that it could be fairly warm all day, but then get very cold at night. I don't like packing a sweater or extra shirt around all day, so I usually just tough it out.

You obviously weren't there in '09 when we had to wear soaking wet towels over our shoulders all weekend to stop from passing out from heat exhaustion.
Although '11 had some warmth, it was by no means oppressive.

Only Ween could have been good enough for me to tough out how cold that night was.
