I'll preface this by saying that Sasquatch fuckin' spoiled me, man, it's great. I'm also ignoring any problems I had with camping, which is probably personal.
The biggest one was that every stage had a problem. All of the main tents had unbearably terrible sight lines for me (I'm 5'8''), which sucked because a lot of the bands I was excited about were in those tents. The Which Stage, which had jumbotrons, had this weird thing where I couldn't hear it very well from right in front of it during Buffalo Springfield but could somehow hear it from my tent which was a half-hour walk away (Camp Joe Swanson, I believe, shit luck there). The What Stage was okay for what it was.
My two biggest mistakes were (1) I didn't prepare well enough for camping and (2) I didn't bring enough drugs (I brought no drugs, although it was very cool of y'all not to card me for beer). But it just was not a fun thing. Friday, I waited in line for a fucking hour in that sun only to see at the front of the line that people were just filing in. What the fuck? And then the dust...
I'm not a fucking hippie, I guess, was my problem with Bonnaroo.

moogfest is a small-medium sized fest about 4 hours from me in Asheville, NC. Considered going last year but passed at the last minute. There was a decent lineup but it takes place halloween weekend and my friend and I were going as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunn...that was the top priority.
