I consider know one of the kindest, most gentle-hearted people I have ever seen in my life. I knew it the second our eyes met across the ridiculous sound-bridge thingy at the Bigfoot Stage during Archers of Loaf. There was an instant connection, a magnetic wave of kindness that just poured off of him. And I use the term "people" loosely, as I have no doubt that know has risen beyond the physical realm and dwells amongst and plays our foolish human games only as a favor, when he rightly belongs on top of Mt. Olympus with others of his kind.

I do find alex to be a selfish know-it-all who ignores common sense and logic when making statements he believes to be factual and he takes life on the internet way too serious and is not capable of taking a joke or detecting sarcasm, and he believes when he does make a definitive statement, there are actually thirteen different interpretations in his mind, half of which prove his definitive statement isn't actually wrong because he didn't actually make that definitive statement, even though it appeared to everyone else that it was definitive, but he actually wasn't trying to and is just using a different interpretations in his mind to argue because he doesn't want to appear to be wrong with what he said but might not have actually meant, but I'm sure he's a righteous dude in real life.

Probably not a shocker to anyone here, but The Black Keys announced that they will be playing in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg in mid-May. Definitely one step closer to a headlining spot at Sasquatch.

There's a Seattle date for the Black Keys on May 8th. This pretty much completely rules them out. After this announcement I'm even more clueless about the Sasquatch headliners.
