Sleigh Bells playing The Showbox in February probably doesn't hurt their chances of being at Sasquatch.
Unfortunately Alex, Anthony Kedis hasn't been able to sing since he's was born and that has not seemed to slow down his career any bit.

Their tour is going to resume in early April and has a large gap between mid-April and mid-August. I'd say there's at least a moderate chance they'll be at Sasquatch. I read somewhere that they're booked for some american festivals, and since Coachella isn't going to get them apparently, that ups their Sasquatch chances.

After having the Jicks moved back so they were playing opposite the Cure because of the Kooky Kooks, then giving Pavement's headlining slot to Massive Attack, I doubt Malkmus will ever be back. He had some choice words about the festival during a Pavement show last summer as well.
EDIT: Hmm, I guess that would have been two summers ago.
