yes they are, they are very welcome who said ? This site of yours does show these bands “available” sure as anything, it will be fun to see here in the next few days if they get blocked out , ( good find )

KOL ( confirmed )
Grizz ( confirmed )
She and Him ( Ben will be there ) ( confirmed )
Mogwai ( confirmed / possible conflict)
Snow patrol or the Fray (they won’t both show)
Keane ( confirmed )
M83 ( confirmed )
Johnny Flynn, Puscifer ,Avett bros, Kanye west ,Longwave , Stars, Heartless bastards,
there are some other interesting ideas in earlier posts as well,

Junk is what that zoom fella is spreading, but would be a great band name.

Snow patrol or the Fray (they won’t both show) If they both won't be there than lets all hopr for The Fray cause that one song they have is really good.

I have doubts on this person's list because the definition you have provided doesn't apply in any way to the names dropped.

You can pretty much disregard anything called "confirmed" on this board. Instead, go to sasquatchmusicfestival.blogspot.com or wait for the full line-up to be announced in a little under three weeks.
