Seriously though: is anyone dying to see Jane's Addiction or NIN? Toxic Airborne Event, aside from a dreadful name, aren't very inspiring. TV On The Radio might be ok, I kind of like that Gaslight Anthem record... nothing too inspiring though from this shortlist. Hopefully a stronger undercard?

I'd LOVE to see Gaslight Anthem.

And to answer your first question: No, no one is dying to see them. Ugh.

I haven't seen NIN in years, so I like that they're playing, and I'd love to see TV on the Radio and Gaslight Anthem (damn Riseagainst/Alkalinetrio tour not coming here).

Other than them, and Kings of Leon who I've already seen like 3 times in the last two years anyway, not inspired. But keep in mind this came from the End, so their propensity is going to announce what they see as the "biggest" names they play - so probably some really strong comedy and some great hip hop and local stuff is yet to come.

Nine Inch Nails and Janes Addiction are touring together so its only one day....like the REM Modest Mouse deal. Which is pretty decent.

I could do that.

one day would work.

watched modest mouse didnt stay for REM.

Id probably stay for NIN.

Although it seems ive seen them a few times in the past couple years :-(

I am just hoping that it is a big joke, because to tell you the truth, Those bands don't do it for me. Kings of Leon is alright but I wouldn't spend money and see them in concert unless they are at a festival, the other 3 I don't really like at all. If these are the headliners , the rest of the lineup better be awesome or I will be skipping the festival for the first time in 4 years.

This is a really dissapointing leak if its true, but

Remember everyone...
Its not the size of the Headliner that counts, its how you use your undercard.

(but thats probably just what they tell to bad lineups, to make them feel better about themselves)

Someone on the End just fucked up big time.

That's all I could remember, I'm calling in now to see if I can get more.

Can anyone explain what exactly happened with this supposed leak on The End? Was it one of the DJs who just started listing off bands he/she said will be at Sasquatch this year?

I would be sincerely disappointed if that was the actual lineup. It in no way even compares to the lineup from last year and doesn't really interest me at all. I am currently praying to the music festival gods that this is wrong.

isn't it ironic that last year ever single music festival (except bonaroo) had amazing lineups.......now this year all the announced ones kind of suck and the rumors of the unnanounced are horrible as well....

It is. It's like all of the good bands only play festivals every other year, and the years happen to perfectly coincide with one another :-/
