Yeah, totally kidding of course. I have to say though, I'd almost consider bringing a toddler to Sasquatch over an impressionable 'tween' who knows a bit about the rampant drug use going on around him/her.

She's currently 17. But I haven't decided what age she needs to be before I bring her. She's a good kid, bit still.

If she keeps her nose clean she may come next year. She will have had 3 months of drinking experience by then. Probably the year after though.

Ha ha. I was totally kidding around. I was actually really digging your post a WHOLE lot, cuz really there was pretty much zero for me to hate at this Sasquatch too. And the crowd surfin' sounded sweet for real! Also I was beein' serious about the Thermals too, they were spectacular. Sorry for the misunderstanding. My little sister is 18 and did her second go-round this year. She was staying in regular though, so we only pooped into each other a couple of times. It sucked trying to find her, do you know how many short blond hipsters in terribly unfbelt sandering shorts there were there?

Being 17 and having 2 friends come to sasquatch for their first year, I can safely say that it is a really good age to go for your first time. Flaming lips were a little disappointing, but my hopes were extremely high (Did any one see lying lotus, if so how were they). I was super disappointed in Iron and Wine, they should have just played their songs. Deerhunter had the same problem as Iron and Wine, but not as bad.

What do you guys really expect out of death cab. I have seen them 4 times now and every time they have been horrible live (they are a studio band). I thought skrillex was really fun, but I didn't listen to his music before hand. I thought DFA1979 was okay, they didn't blow me away, but I was entertained. Sleigh Bells was good, but they had so much smoke and shit that you could hardly see them doing anything (I was pretty close).

Skrillex was insane. In all honesty I wished he would have performed a day or two earlier, but regardless it was an experience to be there. They had some pretty cool effects on the LCD's in the Redbull Lounge, or whatever that crazy ass thing was called. Ratatat was cool to watch, but way to mellow for the type of crowd that was there....they should have moved MSTRKRFT or Skrillex to Bigfoot and Ratatat to the Banana Shack.
