I'm not saying this guy doesn't know what he talking about, but on every board there is ten guys saying they know someone who cannot be named who knows the lineup, I just can't bring myself to believe it. If he knew a month ago it would be cool, but personally , I'll just wait til tuesday.

Who cares what you know? Even if you posted the five acts you know, it would still be speculation until anything is confirmed on Tuesday.

Patience is a virtue. We can all wait four more days.

Uhhh...wasn't it you who said, "I like hints, I like clues, and we all like speculating, and since this is the headliners (speculation) thread, I will add to the speculation"

Yes. Yes it was you. Along with another 100 odd posts on the subject.

Yes. Yes, it was me. I love speculation, one of the reasons a lot of us are here. I would rather speculate about who is going to play the fesitval than speculate about what you know, and how your parents didn't give you enough attention in your youth creating an undeniable need for it now. "Guess what I know and am not telling" is a tired act. And for the record, I hope you don't spill. Tuesday will be more exciting. You are just riding in Felix's coattails anyway.

Can we get a Felix chant started?

I'm done. You can have the last word. I need to spend more time in the General Board talking about naked women tripping balls.

does OutKast fit the reunion headliner and the "Kanye West-like" slot?

I wouldn't mind Toad The Wet sprocket, just not as a healiner.

I know, but it actually makes perfect sense. No other US festivals have them booked yet. They are touring and they are the type of band that is perfect for Sasquatch headliners.
I really think if any reunions are happening, this is in the upper 10 percentile or being a possibility.

While I would LOVE a Kinks reunion. Probably over almost any other reunion.
Aren't those dates for "Kast Off Kinks" meaning Mick Avory is the only original member. Sorry but Ray Davies has to be there.
I really can't see a true Kinks reunion happening any time soon.

the kinks were listed as playing sasquatch last year on the wikipedia page. it was really weird and i knew it wasn't happening, but i've had it stuck in my head and i was actually thinking they'd be a cool reunion to see.
not that i'm optimistic

Ray Davies will obviously be there. Just not the lead guitarist, Dave.
They played with The Whigs at the Showbox in October actually. So I think its definitely possible.

311? What year do people live in that this band is still good?

Trick question -- 311 was never good. They were just culturally relevant due to their massive commercial success.
