Also anyone else down for learning the words to that super epic emotionally affecting chune Biffy does on youtube where all the peoples are singing and waving very tall flags in Europe? I think it would be fun, I mean if your gonna Biffy you might as well Biffy all the way and have tears streaming down your emotional faces as you reach your hands up to the heavens and recite terrible contrived lyrics through choked sobs of joy and pain and poopy bands without shirts.

THIS ONE.
WOW. that's the first time I've actually listened to Biffy and.... I did not like that. I mean I really tried, I even watched the video twice but I kept laughing at the lines "when we collide we come together/ if we don't we'll always be apart". I was hoping that they might be that band I know nothing about but still check out at the fest and am blown away by. I'm thinking not.
Pretty happy with the schedule though. My only major conflict being Gayngs/Flaming Lips/Yeasayer, I was hoping to be able to catch full sets for each.
GBV has an hour-long set on the main stage, which is a LOT better than I thought we'd get. An hour isn't much, but that's enough time for like eleventy-two GBV songs, and I'm REALLY happy they got moved to the main stage.
I think your memory is broken again. GBV was originally on the main stage, and to the best of my knowledge, that never changed. The discussion some of us had regarding GBV and stages was that we were hoping they would be moved from the main stage so they could close out the second or third stage and play as long as they wanted.
