the modest mouse/MSTRKRFT/Ratatat conflict is killer. Maybe I'll be able to catch some modest mouse between a MSTRKRFT Ratatat sandwich but thats pushing it. Atleast I've seen Modest Mouse before..

Yeah and they conflict with Black Mountain, one of my only must see bands on Monday. But Black Mountain is playing another fest I'm going to... anyone have any opinions on how much fun Chromeo will be? Like on a scale of 1 - holy-fucking-shit-that-was-awesome?

I haven't seen them but I think the response you are going to get is going to be on the holy-fucking-shit-that-was-awesome end of the spectrum.

Dude. See Chromeo. They are one of the most fun live bands around today. I guarantee it will be a super sexy dance party.

I know their DJ set really turned you off in '09, and I'm not sure if you have even given them a chance since, but if you don't have any conflicts during their set you should really watch them.

Kind of bummed the Nanner Shack is closing so early this year on Monday, but I suppose that will give me some much needed time to wind down the fest with my friends in the campground that night.

Nice! I think since they're playing so early I'm going to designate them my afternoon beach ball bonanza party. I'll be throwing at least 20 around for everyone to play with haha.

Hope this isn't too off topic, but are there any legit dance parties within the confines of the campground? Parties that don't get shut down? I mean, since the schedule has things ending relatively early in my book (12:30 am)

If anything, the schedule reminded me just how much worthless filler they threw into the lineup this year. I have SO many holes that it's ridiculous.

Oh yes...

There were a few of these throughout the campground each night.

/\ For the last 2 years I have been to that RV to party and they have always played Major Lazer, which has and will always remind me of partying at Sasquatch!. Ending the festival this year with them is going to be all kinds of awesome.

I can't get the website to work but I am curious to see where they shoved Guided By Voices and how long of a set they got?
