BiCly...are like Jesus in the United Kingdom, yet aren't playing any other U.S festival. Good work Sasquatch!

Ha ha. Sorry for bringing in Jesus. But I guess I meant they are REALLY big in the United Kingdom. And I am pretty sure they aren't playing any other festivals. Sorry if I'm wrong on that.

What you should be sorry for is having a pet name for such a despicable act.

Sorry, I meant to say Biffy Clyro. Geeze, I really like them and they kinda mean a lot to me. I don't have many friends who listen to music (pretty much none of them do) so maybe they aren't considered to be a "good" band. I guess that explains the lack of festival appearances. I will still see them but maybe I won't be so vocal about it. Sorry again.

Well, maybe you just hear something that I don't.

Anyone else care to chime in, or am I the only one that doesn't get "BiCly"?

I'm curious, for the bands closing out stages, do they run over their set times ever?

I'm really hoping that Deerhunter will play longer than 60 mins.

It depends on the number of songs they know how to play usually.

Sometimes they do. The Cure played close to 3 hours in 2008, if I remember right.

Deerhunter jams a lot in their live shows, lengthening their songs. They're just mind blowing live. It's a shame that they're up against a larger act.

If you haven't heard them or seen them live, listen to their set from NPR Music here: http://www.npr.org/2010/10/12/130386900/deerhunter-in-concert

The Cure was amazing! They did play close to 3 hrs. We snuck in our cat for this show because his favorite song is "Love Cats".

You seriously smuggled a fucking cat into Sasquatch? Are you really that retarded cognitively impaired?

Why am I asking, Biffy Clyro is your favorite band

[PS - why do I feel like I'm getting "Punk'd"?]

We always bring our cat to Sasquatch. That was the only year we were able to sneak him in, but if there ever needed to be an "only year we were able to sneak him in", it had to be the year the Cure was there! Also BiCly aren't my favorite band or anything, but I do like them a lot and they tend to really pick me up when I am feeling sad. They also have some pretty insightful lyrics regarding religion and spirituality too!

Ha ha ha. Sorry I guess that did seem to come out of the blue. I had mentioned the whole sneaking our cat thing in another thread I created about looking for some one to join me in driving and sleeping at Sasquatch.
