Why must the Sasquatch Overloards be so cruel!? Why?? I was so excited when the Unreliable Bookmarks came into existence 7 hours ago and PROMISED me a set at Sasquatch! They are literally the best band I've heard in my whole entire life. They are like folky-psych with touches of musique cocrete and a stage presence like Edward Sharp if he were dating Zola Jesus and also was best friends with Zuma Fuzzy and the Taddybearhugs. Basically instant and future Classics.

RIP Unreliable Bookmarks at Sasquatch. You came into my bloggesphere world one day while I was listening to a band that sounded exactly like you, but then added that Edward Sharp dynamic to the fold. Which is why you are Classics. I will love you until I forget you even existed in the internets come next month. Good night sweet prince.

for those of you keeping score, Black Joe Lewis took S Carey's slot on the Yeti stage, and S Carey is now on the Bigfoot stage in between the Moondoggies and Sam Roberts band.

anybody seen S Carey perform before?

Listen, we are all every single one of us hurting about the sudden announcements that the Sasquatch ruling class has revoked our chance of seeing The Forgotten Scrapbooks, but we need to move on and stop living in denial. I guess we all know how it felt for those people in 1970 who never got to see the Beatles. I know it's confusing cbats, but its happening and you are only inflicting more unnecessary pain on yourself by refusing to comprehend what is being laid upon us. Lets just cherish those first and only moments we heard The Fake Tanlines on our laptop speakers 10 minutes ago. Okay?

Fucking fuck this shit. Villagers were on my top 10. I don't care if White Joe Smith and the Honey Buckets are playing. The fact is, Villagers aren't playing, and that just ruined my fucking day. Fuck.

Gunther and I will not be howling at the end of pieces now. What the hell.
