I get the feeling that Gibbons has read every post in the board's entire history.

I did the exact same thing. I was going to see them in September but missed it. Then I was sure they would be at Sasquatch and that didn't happen... I hope they extend the tour and come back near me. :::fingers crossed:::

That's actually not the first time this has been suggested to me.. I don't think I would like it if I didn't have concerts as a reason to do it.

True. They have limits on how long they can drive at a time anyway. Get a college education.

Fuck yeah, go college. I'd be a student forever if I could. I loved being in school.

I know right? I've already done 3 years, and I'm planning 2 or 6 more. Not sure which yet, but probably 6.

I'm six in and I plan on another six, maybe more like twelve. But I'm not paying for it anymore, that's my only remaining caveat. School is too expensive to pay for.

That's awesome! I did a my first two off of scholarships, and the last one I paid for. I've been off for a year trying to pay off my debt from that and rent and stuff. Plus my first 3 years were basically a huge waste of time. Fun, but I don't think I'm really any better off with them. At least now I know what I'm doing. Kind of.

That Arcade Fire "the rest of our US tour" post makes me sad. I was really hoping they'd hit seattle again (oddly enough, first time I saw them was Sasquatch right before Bjork)
