I bet Bottle Works carries the packs. Pretty sure you can snag them at the brewery and Tangletown as well. Very worth picking up!

Ok. The Great Pumpkin was just as amazing as I remember it being when I first tried it at their pumpkin festival four years ago, but that Hansel and Gretel ginger and pumpkin spice pilsner is borderline nauseating. If you're a fan of that disgusting pickled ginger shit they try passing off as a refreshing side item to your sushi, then chances are this beer is for you. FUCK NO says I.

I love that pickled ginger shit, but I'm fairly certain if a beer tasted like it I would drop a serious barf.

You would think coming back from a weekend of drinking nothing but Phillips beer would deter my Phillips consumption.......

Nope...

I find it hilarious that you can find a massive variety of beers from the other side of the damn planet at almost any specialty beer store, yet virtually nothing from our neighboring country. The only brand I see from time to time is Howe Sound, but you'll be spending upwards of $14 for a liter of their beer.

Yeah and I haven't been a huge fan of Howe Sound when I get them in the store. My Dad says that it is really good when he was at the brewery though so I still need to make a trip there.

Rifflandia was seriously THE beer lovers music festival. Half of the main stage crowd area was a designated beer gardens so you could double fist some brews while rocking out right in front of the stage. It was GOOD BEER not shit beer like Heiniken, Bud or Molson. A variety of beers (around 8 different kinds). No waiting for anything (beer, bathrooms, entry).

I am going to have to go to Rifflandia next year. This year they had a lot of bands that I have been wanting to see for a while or have seen already and fucking loved. Add the beer stuff you mention and that sounds like heaven.

Phillips is working on the states! I had a job interview there earlier this year and that was one of the things she mentioned.

Hey guys, just recently ( well like 3 months ago) discovered I love IPA's. I've been like a standard watery lager guy my whole life, I think my taste buds are just maturing or somehting. I don't really feel like sifting through all these pages to find an answer, but my girlfriend bought me "Switchback IPA" and I really like it, any recommendations based on that? If this is some sort of beer blasphemy I'll leave and never come back again.

Edit: this came off weird, but I've been meaning to ask and kept forgetting until now.
