I wish I had some Hub right now!

Cysquatch: Did they carry the Lagunitas Fractional IPA at that store? I have been hearing about this session IPA from them that is supposed to be excellent but I haven't found it yet. Just curious

Well I can't find anymore Pandamonium anywhere, which is terrible. Gonna check Victoria when I'm over for beerfest next weekend though.

In the mean time....

I bought a bunch of these bottles, and found out my hotel room didn't have a fridge. So I was trying to keep one in the ice bucket at all times. Bummer.

That sucks! I guess next time you should plug the sink and make it into a little ice bowl :)

I thought of that, and my girl was giving me shit about that being too ghetto.

Laughing Dog Brewery, Ponderay, Idaho - Alpha Dog Imperial IPA (127 IBUs)

This IPA is surprisingly well-balanced. Either that, or I have no sense of bitter. For being the 27th highest IBU beer on the market (according to the first random website googling IBUs), it didn't have nearly the bite I've tasted with other high IBU beers. The dude running the brewery forced four of us to the back room to begin the beer tour within minutes of us being there. He was a retired marine in his late seventies who had a story for everything. If I didn't have a reservation to keep, he would have kept me at that brewery until I couldn't stand. Really cool dude who really loves beer.

I've been seeing Laughing Dog in the Spokane area a lot. That sounds like a cool place to visit. I go through Sand Point a lot in the winter when I can't drive Thompson pass.

We were waiting before ISAM the other day and stopped into Hamburger Mary's. They have a beer on tap called Mary Hoppins that was really good. I guess it is a pale ale, it had a really great full bodied hop flavor and it was a nice level of bitterness. Not too sweet.

I woke up craving Lagunitas this morning. Not beer. Lagunitas beer. I will buy/drink some after work.

Pea, sit down, we need to talk. Listen, we care about you, and we're worried about you. The way you're acting, the things you're doing...
