Mine's embarrassing, kind of. Have you seen trailers for that new show on HBO, Game of Thrones? It's based on a series of fantasy books by George RR Martin. It was my favorite series of books a while ago, and though my tastes have broadened dramatically (I have an MFA in poetry, and before you ask, yes it gets my dick sucked a lot) I'm still a fantasy nerd at heart.
Anyway there was a character mentioned maybe once in that series called something-of-the-rushes.

When I first started lurking music message boards, the prevailing theme was, "I'm a badass, and you don't know shit." So I thought a bit of self-deprecating humor would be appropriate. If you can't laugh at yourself, it's hypocritical to laugh at others, right? Then I just misspelled the phrase as a joke to display my lack of knowledge when it comes to words. The English language still confuses me; I'm a numbers guy. The capitalization of ID was an homage to my formative years spent in Idaho.
I've always used variations of the same username on every board I've posted on, not wanting to mislead people. So, since we are coming clean here, most of us are/were regulars on other boards, so what do you go by over there? I'm basically the same name on the Coachella, Lollapalooza, and ACL boards.
