Haha, shit. I had completely forgotten about that thing, just like I have been forgetting about it every single day for the last five years since I picked it up on the street. I also forgot that I told you that you could take it with you, so I'm glad that you remembered. Do it proud, though, that thing is too fucking sinister to be seen sitting in front of some low-class villa.

I found a penny in my change today that was made in 1911. I looked it up and it's only worth a few bucks but it's still pretty cool to be holding something that is over 100 years old.

You always seem to have me covered, unlike the breasts of the women in the Red Light District in Amsterdam, where I recently smoked a bunch of weed and got lost.

My girl and I both got $370 vouchers from Southwest Airlines for staying until the next flight from Spokane to Portland. The flight was only like $75 a person. We ended up hanging out at the airport for 10 hours, but it was worth it. Free trip to somewhere.

Nice. I've helped with a few medical problems while flying and everytime I do, Westjet gives me a $250 flight credit. With my gf working for Wesjet, flights to wherever are usually less than $75 for me. Also last time I flew I got diverted and delayed and they sent my bag on a different flight. It ended up making it to Calgary BEFORE me and they still gave me a $100 credit.

They did that with all our bags but only gave you a credit. You, sir, have a horseshoe up your ass.

It's true.
The most recent time I flew was from YYC -> SAN and back. I had a pretty awesome flight experience. Booked the trip using aeroplan miles which means crappy routing is the norm. The trip here was via YVR. I missed my connection in YVR (due to US customs, not the airline), they got me onto a flight to LAX even though it meant pooping me to first class (no charge).
On the way home, I had problems checking in for my 3-segment trip home, so had to stand in the ticketing line for about an hour... turns out my flight had mechanical issues anyways, so they rebooked me on a totally different itinerary and got me home... 3 hours earlier than my original flights. Not bad for free.
I find this particularly amusing because in general I've had pretty awful luck with Air Canada. I actually told the ticketing agent on the way home that he had made my day, and I meant it.
