Yeah I'd have to agree . That was one of my favorite experiences of my life. That's probably the best view I've seen of it on video.

I don't get a Family Day because the union I belong to decided to cave at the bargaining table so we get some long weekend in August instead of Family Day.
Pretty weak, although I'd rather have a long weekend in the summer.

Well it's not just Alberta. It is also Saskatchewan, Ontario and BC next year. Also Manitoba celebrates Louis Riel day and PEI has Islander day on the same day. But your description of what is expected to be accomplished on family day was accurate.
