The silver lining is that I've just submitted a wave of applications for Seattle and Portland jobs so I'll be moving back to the land of Squatch.

It was about 105 today. Good thing my girl friends apartment has central air. We also have a nice river flowing with cool mountain water. I enjoyed a nice swim in the river today.

I thought that for a split second, but then thought that 30 Celsius was like 200 Fahrenheit. So, first I blame US ignorance, and then now I blame US dumbness now that I know that means 86 Fahrenheit. WOO!
