Wow...I didn't realize how many people on the boarder thought the Pretty Lights show was "meh". Pretty Lights is still, for me, my favorite EDM artist (assuming I'm allowed to say that). And Im with deadpunk on this...it really makes me want to dance.

I've noticed after watching some videos after getting back that the light show wasn't as impressive as some of his other live videos. Didn't notice at the time due to uh...reasons.

That guy definitely did not try to help me out. Also, I think FD gets all the credit for that hilarious 'libelous internet fury' thread. I was just complaining about my own pathetic life, dude.

Rough. Got any polysporin or anything? I'm no medical professional, but that's what I'd use.

I ran out of ice and the closest store with ice was a liquor store. Left with ice and some rye, didn't really need the rye I guess but why not?

As a medical professional I strongly recommend you drink the rye. And go to the hospital if it blisters. But mostly drink the rye.

If I had the issues with my house that he had I would likely come here to vent. It's general chat, in a thread about shitty things that happen to us day to day. What does him not meeting anyone have to do with anything? I don't get it.

I've got absolutely nothing against you Wonk, but I just don't understand where your coming from on this one.

You missed the point Rusty. Meeting people is not a requirement on this board, that's irrational. Let me paraphrase with a slight exaggeration to explain it better.

[This is the part explaining what Alex brings to the board]
Alex: Me me me me me, me me me me me me
Board: (crickets)
Alex: Me me me, me me me me me me me me me
Board: (yawn)
Alex: Me me me me me, me me me, me me
Board: (crickets)

[This is the part he should owe a copay for]
Alex: Wah wah wah condo wah mortgage (sniffle)
Board: Oh man, that sucks
Alex: Wah wah Ryan wah property wah wah (tears)
Board: It's going to be okay dude.
Alex: Wah wah, blah blah blah, wah wah (sobbing)
Board: Yeah, that's too bad, keep your chin up.

[Still going six months later...]

Alex: Wah wah, waaaaaaaaaaah, property waaaaah and stuff (balling)
Board: Everything is going to work out for you dude
Alex: (sniffle) aw thanks guys, you are helping me feel a lot better.
Board: No problem dude. Do you want to join us for a BBQ this weekend?
Alex: FUCK YOU INTERNET WEIRDOS!

And Rusty, yes it's on topic, but buying real estate is supposed to be a giant pain in the ass. It's analogous to going to the Dentist. Who actually enjoys that agony? Besides, bitching about buying property on a board mostly filled with people who spend their income on concerts and records is like bragging that you can afford it.

Funny, I don't remember being invited to a BBQ. Maybe it's in a thread that I haven't read or something.

You've clearly invested a lot of time worrying about me and what I do with my time and posts. It's odd though, because a number of people have actually asked questions, expressed concern, and have straight up tried to cheer me up through the process. The only reason I kept posting about it is to keep those people in the loop.

To be honest, dude, you're coming off like some sort of jealous little bitch here. Bragging that I can afford a house? No. Never have I talked price, square footage, anything. It's rude to talk about those things regardless of company.

If I remember correctly, HG put in an ignore feature. If my posts bother you so much, I suggest you use it.

Sound good? Ok then. Have a good one.

Wanna hear something funny, y'all?

The bar across the street from my job just put up a huge sign in front that says,

"WELCOME SINGLE MOMS!!!"
