I'm at work till Thursday so no drinking for me. Is there a live chat during the draft? If I'm not there it means I'm on a call. If you see me say "FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK" it means I just got paged out for a call.

I had my first draft on Sunday, also in a 12 team league, so I'm feeling prepared. 12 team leagues suck because half your team ends up blowing nuts and you have like two reliable starters by the end of the season.

I was the 2nd pick in this draft and waiting thirty minutes between picks sucked as well. I'm hoping for something in the 4-6 range

Gah, I have to auto draft tonight, sorry guys.

I won a league that I auto drafted last year because my team was so bad I was in last for the first two weeks giving me the first waiver pick each week which netted me Mike Vick and Peyton Hillis....fingers crossed for a similar result.

unfortunately I think I'll be autodrafting as well, trying to go see bon iver instead. I should be home by 30 minutes in if I cant get a ticket but I wouldn't count on it

For those who have to autodraft for part or all of the draft...

ESPN has a cool feature whereby you can edit your autopick strategy.

1. Go to the "bored sasquatchers" league
2. Click on the "my team" tab
3. click the "edit autopick strategy" link next to your team name
4. choose a strategy (for instance you can choose what position you want to draft in each of the 14 rounds)
4a. alternatively you can leave them all set to "best available" and proceed to step 5
5. I highly reccomend changing the minimum and maximum "position limits" on the righthand side, for instance maybe a maximum of 2 QBs, 5 RBs, 5 WRs, 2 TEs, 1 K, and 2 D/ST.

Yes, and I HIGHLY recommend you do this, or else you'll end up with 4 QBs. Also, drafts are boring when a bunch of people autodraft and the best available just comes off the board with each pick.

I'm missing free booze and BBQ tonight for this draft. The only thing I really like about fantasy football is drafting players I like, instead of getting stuck with a bunch of players on teams I dislike.
