Eh, not really my bag. Now have you ever checked out the band who's name I shall not speak, for I have spoken it too much already?

Through google image I can confirm that she looks good and is doing some tapping.

Confirmed.

I'd tap that guitar, too. Beautiful slender neck and nice curves on the body. I bet it's finely chuned as well.

Hey everybody! I've been on holidays for a week, and although I was having fun, I have also missed ya a bunch! At the very least this site has been a fantastic time waster, and a huge eye-opener to my musical knowledge. I have to thank the knowledgeable, eclectic and patient group of music pH.D.'s here (and especially HG) for that. I am optimistic that the Sasquatch forum can carry beyond just that of a board as well this coming festival, where I can finally extrude myself from behind all these fiber-optic cables and meet some of y'all!

Ha, you know I can't say no to that. I've posted this one elsewhere, but it is an excellent live video that allows you to see a lot of the guitar and drum work throughout.

EDIT: I watch this video every time I recommend it to someone, and it never gets old to me. Vince (drums) blows me away. Nick would blow me away more, but I've stood directly in front of him and seen the madness live twice, so more of my attention ends up on Vince. The drumming in the quiet section around 3:30... wow. Every time. What a sense of dynamics.

Liveblogging Impressions:

-This is giving me a Sharks Keep Moving vibe.
-Oh sweet I can nod my head to this part.
-Nope it's gone. Bands like this seem to set up their songs as a prank on the audience -- trap people into tapping their feet or headbanging and then take away the rhythm.
-Is this all instrumental?
-Digging this guitar around 2:50. Nope, now he's just running up and down the strings. Lost me.
-Okay I think four minutes has given me a good idea. I'm gonna skip ahead a bit to see if anything different happens.
-5:19 Nope
-6:44 Nope
-8:01 Maybe? Are they winding down? Yeah I think the song's pretty much over.

So then: I see the appeal, and I could probably dig this on record, but I just don't think I was in the right mood to watch this video now. I'll try to revisit them later.
