Got a really good deal on some milk and cream at the store yesterday so I grabbed a bunch up and decided to make myself some paneer.
![[image] [image]](http://i52.tinypic.com/vwwiuo.jpg) Fresh
![[image] [image]](http://i55.tinypic.com/105v59y.jpg) Fried
I actually made two batches, this is my thai flavored paneer- has some lime leaves, lemongrass, thai chilis and a little bit of fish sauce and yellow curry in it. It's actually damn good.
Now the question is; what should I do with it?

Best snack ever:
slice zucchini into large slices. Toss in olive oil. spoon a little bit of marinara on top, sprinkle parm and some panko breadcrumbs on top. bake for 20 mins at 350 (?). eat. and make again.
effing delicious.

Stormy, I just to HATE squash and zukes when I was a kid. My mom used to saute them with onion and bake cheese on top just so I'd eat it.
Something happened between then and now because I love zucchini now.

I like making zucchini pancakes. Sort of like latkes, but... with zucchini. You grate up zucchini and add some flour and eggs and then put some oil in a pan and fry it. I eat them with sour cream and cheese, but they're not bad plain either.

I made sloppy noahs today, which are just sloppy joes with more kinds of dead animal. They were awesome. I didn't take pictures, because they just look like a huge pot of sloppy joe- but I made it with chipotle salsa and rootbeer as teh sauce bases. Awesome.

Making Asian lettuce wraps rite now, thought I'd post the recipe because they are fucking delicious:

Cooking Instructions:
Stir Fry Sesame oil, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, ginger, garlic, carrots, green beans, for 3ish minutes, add pork and mushrooms and cook until pork is done. Add rice vinegar, hoisin and soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
To Serve: Separate lettuce leaves in the form of taco shells or tortillas, add as much filling as needed, and then add chow mein noodles and extra soy sauce to taste.
Once I'm finished I'll post pictures, they are soo fucking good.
