Looks like Montero is about to go on loan to a team in his home country. They are saying that half way through the season it should free up a DP spot for us.

I don't like that while Montero is on loan that still take up a DP spot. We are going to be hurt for our CCL chances. I understand that we will get an "impact player" when it is time for the playoff push but I really wanted to do well in the CCL. At least we have a deep team.

I mean he's not English or Irish, but Thierry Henry has played for the Red Bulls over the past few seasons... and he's better than both Beckham and Keane combined.

as far as former premiership players coming to the MLS... I can only come up with: Ljungberg, Beckham, Keane, Henry and Juan Pablo Angel.

I haven't been able to keep up on the EPL this season because we don't have FSC any more. I am craving some soccer big time. Seems the season has been a fun one from reading online.
