I've been a very casual Spurs fan for a couple of seasons, but I'm definitely going to follow them a lot closer now. Really glad to see he was able to get away from FFC after all.

I cannot believe that the USA didn't score more goals yesterday. They were dominating that game and were punishing the woodwork. Jamaica's keeper had an amazing game. Hey, at least it is better than the result down there. I am planning on making the trip to Brazil in 2014 and it would be a real bummer if we didn't qualify (like the Olympics).

Congrats to the team! But let's be honest, their squad really should be able to beat teams like Guatemala and Antigua/Barbuda fairly convincingly. I'm happy they advanced, but they really need to step up their game.

Also, Dempsey in a Tottenham jersey makes me nauseous. ;)

However, not nearly as nauseous as seeing Van Persie in a United jersey. Seriously, fuck that guy!

That game last night was so frustrating. The Sounders outplayed RSL with 10 men for 60 minutes. I have never heard a ref get boos from the crowd and be called out by name like that. It was pretty funny. Also, Gspurning came up HUGE in that stoppage time

It was very frustrating, but it was also some of the best football I've ever seen from Seattle. They played with so much fucking heart last night, and absolutely dominated RSL even after going down a man. Sucks not to get the three points, but it gave me a really good feeling going into the playoffs in a few weeks.

Those boos and "Salazar sucks!" chants came across nicely on TV, eh?
