ARSENAL managed to hold on and finish in 3rd place overall!!!!!!

It really does amaze me how despite our absolutely dreadful start to the season, losing Clichy, Nasri and Fabregas to transfers, losing Wilshire all season to injury, being thrashed by United 8-2, losing Sagna for a couple months due to a broken leg, and then losing both Arteta and Walcott for the final month of the season we were still able to scratch and crawl and hold on to 3rd place and manage to find ourselves with a guaranteed spot in the champions league for next season.

Well done Gunners!

Still... If not for Robin van Persie, our season would have been over before it even began. Hopefully we can work out an extension to his contract this summer.

Personally I think it's hysterical. While, yes, I truly did want Bayern Munich to win... I'm also a Gooner. Seeing Spurs fans having their hearts instantly crushed on national television is almost as good as any trophy Arsenal could ever win.
