Wine is awesome and gives me such a fun drunk. It's also classy as fuck so I can drink a bottle at a nice restaurant and feel like less of an alcoholic. "Waiter, we will have a bottle of your finest cheap wine please."
Wine gives some pretty violent hangovers though, so it ain't perfect.

It wasn't at you! I just wanted to tell you that I went home and listened to it again and I really just don't like it. I'm not sure why I had to tell you last night though.
Not sure what the Souly attack on Pea was about last night, but if you think this sucks then you are a miserable human being. Shit rocks.
Of course I didn't sell my ticket. We gonz get rowdy.
I'll shoulder the blame here, because Souly respects my opinions, and I made an anti-Japandroids post in the 'favorite albums' thread. I do think that song is pretty good, and I think they are a lot of fun live. I still don't get why everyone loves that album, so I attributed the hype to Canadians/Pea.

My friend Ross invited me to participate in a poetry reading in January. I made certain that the event is called a 'reading' and not a 'slam' before I said yes.
Basically they're going to put me on a stage and let me do whatever I want for fifteen minutes.

Japandroids kick SO much ass live, and their performance at Sasquatch 2010 was one of my favorite festival sets ever. Their album won't end up in my top ten of the year, but for someone who doesn't typically like guitar/drum duos, I definitely have a crush. DEFINITELY.

Have you given Indian Handcrafts a try? guitar/drum duo galore
