I was just about to clarify that. For those of you who aren't my faceboot friends, the party is Friday night, and Deacon is Saturday. I wouldn't want badchoices to show up to the house while we are at the Deacon show and have missed the whole shabazz.

@shax: our house is huge with multiple couches and a guest room. We do have a cat, but he spends a lot of time outside these days. Know that you are not only welcome but encouraged to attend any and all board gatherings at said large house. This goes for all my brothers and sisters to the north. And south for that matter. All you crazy cats get in my house.

I FINALLY managed to get a decent night sleep at this group home. I've been doing wednesday nights here (because getting paid to sleep is kick ass, unless you can't sleep.. then its not so kick ass). This is my fifth night I think... and my last one I had booked because I hadnt slept AT ALL for any of the shifts. But they got a new bed (not awesome but better), and I used a facemask and earplugs (fuckkit if the house lights on fire, sleep is more important). AND I FUCKING SLEPT. I'm so fucking happy. I wont have to murder anyone today.

Honestly if I wasn't already going to be in Maui, I would have likely flown in for something like this. I will fly in for one of these shindigs if someone has a couch for me to crash on (sans cats preferably as I'm pretty allergic). |

I have a couch and a spare bed (sans cats) if you ever find yourself in Portland. I believe I've mentioned this to you before, but you're more than welcome as long as you spend at least 50% of your stay in the kitchen.

WHOA. Just got out of a treatment meeting with a parent who suffers from severe schizophrenia. She believes herself to be the queen of the United Stated and demanded to be addressed as "your highness", she told me the KGB was watching me, that the royal limousine was outside waiting to pick up her child, that she was married to the head of DSHS and CPS, she claims to work closely with Obama and told me to "call the white house, they know me". Last week she had to be escorted out of court by police because she threatened to kill the judge and went on a tirade. Her son has been in our care for about a month and believes himself to be a robot who came from the ground because that is what she has told him his whole life. It is a battle every day to get him to bathe because he fears he will short circuit and at the same time he has encupresis- to top it all off communication is extremely difficult because he speaks a made up "robot language". Sooooo, this should be a fun case. Just had to share/debrief!
