Haha, most people think the job is shit, but it's actually really great. Most of the time people are only huffing and puffing to get a discount. We give them those, and they go on their merry way, most of the time apologising for being jerks in the first place.

It gives me tons of time online, which is both a blessing and a curse. I am going to look up this game, but it may not work on the work computer...

I used to work in a call centre for Cingular/AT&T as a 'Resolutions Specialist'. It was fun making them more angry them calming them down, then pissing them off again and giving them like 100 free anytime minutes. By the end of it they just wanted to be off the phone, so they'd take anything.

Haha, I promise my approach is nicer than this... It all comes down to treat people as you would like to be treated. If you come at me with an attitude, don't expect me to give you the moon. Explain things calmly and with some form of logic, and chances are you will get what you are looking for. (within reason)

yeah, that's what i did with the really angry ones. Killed with kindness. But for the people huffing and puffing for a handout I just fucked them around.

It's still there, I just moved it to the Sasquatch General board. Pictures of Sasquatch boarders and related comments deserve to be in the Sasquatch portion of the board. This part is Non-Sasquatch related. I'm a stickler for organization.
