I ordered them online from Bloomingdales because they were running a special for free shipping on shoes. They were the same price as the ones directly from the TOMS website, but TOMS wanted like, $10 for shipping, so I did a little bit of shopping around and saved some Benjamins. :)

I've never actually found Kohls to be that cheap. A lot of the stuff isn't very good quality so I always found it to be over priced. That may also have something to do with the rich town I grew up in, though.

So after a couple months of lurking here on the boards, I finally registered because I picked up a Sasquatch ticket on TM (for those of you that didn't see the thread and know anyone who still needs tickets, they released more and I bought mine about an hour ago). I'm moving to Boise from the Midwest in about two weeks and just hoping I can meet a couple people there to tag along with. I know there's a thread for lurkers to introduce themselves but I Dr. Garbanzoured I'd rather make my first post in The Girly Thread.

So, hi! I'm a 22-year-old girl from Michigan/Indiana, about to be a resident of Boise and a student at Boise State. This will be my first Sasquatch and hopefully I won't be going alone. I'll add an avatar at some point, but my laptop died this week so I'm typing this on a borrowed one.

Not to be super girly or anything...

Any of you ladies (or dudes) done any workout videos? I got the 30 day shred with the scary chick from the Biggest Loser and so far it's kicking my ass! I've been doing it for about 8 days and I think I'm actually starting to see results, which is great because I usually give up around now due to lack of instant gratification. Any recommendations for other good ones?

I love that Sasquatch gives you a goal of sorts so that it's not just working out forever with no end in sight! Of course then I slack off until next year, but hey.

You can hang with us! My daughters will be there and they are 20 and 25:-) This is our first Sasquatch but we have done a few larger music festivals and have been to the Gorge Amphitheater at least 20 times for other concerts and live just down river from the event about 150 miles. My husband is from Indiana and we travel there to visit as often as we can. Where in Indiana? We can't help you feel at home in Boise maybe, but we sure can see to it that you feel at home at Sasquatch:-))
