Yeah, no, don't bring a four-year-old to Sasquatch. You'll both be sad.

I posted in that thread with praise already, Know, so here it is again: thanks for cleaning up some of the shit.
That said, would you please consider policing some of the threads in the Lineup section? I know it's a lot of work, but god damn, dude, it's getting out of hand.

I was 9 for my first sasquatch and I loved it. Just keep you kids out of the pit. Spend most of your time on the hill and at the yeti stage, both of those places are a good enough environment for kids. The drugs didn't matter. If people were smoking weed I always just assumed they were smoking tobacco.

Hats! one of my favorite fashion accessories at any time, but necessary and functional for Sasquatch.

Also, as for any concert, I suggest you not wear your cutest "flippy floppies" if you have any intention of getting close to the main stage. Not only will they get trashed (if you can even find them after), your toes will too.

Thanks for starting this thread Catherine. I think it's a great idea. My 1 'girly' tip would be to pick up a $10 camp solar shower before the festival. I have never used the real showers at Sasquatch. Lineups are too long. Between a camp shower and a healthy supply of baby wipes you can save yourself much time and frustration trying to shower.

You can save yourself much time and frustration by just acknowledging that you're at a festival and nobody cares if you don't shower.

Haha is it gross if I say I wasn't really planning on showering considering it's Sasquatch?

I steadfastly tried not to post in here, and I agree that you're a douche if you keep complaining about not being able to shower at a festival. But a girl wanting to Dr. Garbanzoure out a way to get a jimmyrigged shower is much more attractive to me than one relishing in the fact that she doesn't have to.
Edit: snorlax I was in no way directing that at you. we posted that at the same time. I have no reason to believe that you relish in not having to shower.

Haha none taken. I mainly meant if I can get a shower, great! If not, awesome! I'm going to be at Sasquatch!

I never feel the real lack of personal hygiene at sasquatch until I am on the ferry going home, and realize that pretty much everyone around me has showered sometime in the last 4-5 days, and I have not. Or in last year's case, spending an hour and a half at the border trying to convince the border patrol that I am not smuggling drugs, while they did through my dirty laundry.

Nair~ or the equivalent generic brand hair remover. Or dry shave cream. But remember, if you're "anibacterial/baby wipe showering" that shit stings when you try to shave with it.
