if you are coming from canada, maybe stop by walmart or target and get a $20 verizon phone, buy there $1 dollar per day service and you can call any mobile to mobile free all day

I was thinking of doing that. Last year I paid a ton of money to stupid Rogers to make sure I could text and my phone stopped working right after the border. Grrr...

Is everyone just printing off the schedule from the Sasquatch website? I wanted to be able to have the entire schedule with map on a sheet of paper front and back, but I'm having trouble making it all fit.
I hope someone else's idea is a way better one than this

They'll have festival guides with the schedule on them at the front gates. Grab a few!

I've had a cheap ass prepaid Verizon phone for a couple of years now. If you're on Telus, it's wayyyyyy cheaper to do this. I even spring for the $2 / day plan so I can call my non-verizon (incl. Canadian) friends for free. Seriously, if you're used to getting screwed on roaming charges with Canadian providers, pick up a cheap prepaid phone.

We haven't received our tickets yet. I've been trying to get a straight answer out of music today for a few days now, they keep saying that tickets typically ship 2 weeks before the event and that they'll ship 'soon' as soon as they get them from the box office. It's just over a week away and we don't even have shipping confirmation yet, so they definitely haven't been sent out.
We purchased the shuttle / ticket combo, is anyone else waiting on similar tickets?

I'm not sure what "music today" is -- is that a third party ticket provider? The only thing I can think of is seeing if they can change the delivery method to the will call option for your passes, and maybe for the shuttle portion provide you with a print-out ticket/confirmation.

Yeah, music today are a third party provider - there are links on the sasquatch site to purchase shuttle / ticket combos through them.
We're coming all the way from South Africa so I didn't want to rent a car or anything to get to the venue. Seemed like the most logical choice at the time. Argh.
The tickets are supposed to ship to a friend of ours in New York. I paid extra for express shipping so as long as they ship in the next few days it'll be fine, but would be nice to know if anyone else is suffering a similar fate.
I'll investigate the will call, thanks for the tip.

Someone mentioned in another thread that they had a similar issue with Music Today. Sounds like Sasquatch may want to look at other options for third party/shuttle ticketing next year.
I had similar issues with Goldenvoice this year and my Coachella tickets. The only advice I have for you is to keep bugging them about it, and perhaps demand to speak with someone in charge instead of the front line agents answering the phones.
A week away without any form of confirmation is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. Best of luck. I'm sure you'll get it sorted.
