I was REALLLLLLY hoping they were going to retract the no re-entry rule this year. Its complete cow turds that we can't have access to our campsite during the day like Bonnaroo or other fests do.

I am hoping that if there are a ton less people just hanging out in the campground because of the new camping policy that maybe in the future the re-entry will change. But I am not holding my breath.

What she's referring to is the fact that you can't enter the campground without a ticket/wristband, which wasn't true in the past because all you needed was a camping ticket. Therefore there were a lot more people in the campground, either looking to buy tickets, or just party for 4 days.

It's been pointed out before that the no re-entry policy is the policy of the Gorge Amphitheater and not the policy of anyone affiliated with Sasquatch. I don't know what the loophole was that made it possible briefly last year, but I don't expect it will ever change.

I am referring to the fact that this year camping is included in the tickets, not just by car as before. This will hopefully weed out most of the people who just come to camp all weekend and spend all day wasted in the campsite stealing people's stuff.

I'm confused by this because there is one wristband for the full 4 days, so they aren't going to know if you already went in the venue on any given day.

If my wristband gets me in at 1 PM, it should get me in at 5 PM, etc.

How can they disallow re-entry with wristbands?

Probably with barcodes, but this is the first year for wristbands so we shall see. But the bottom line here is there is not going to be any re-entry, do not plan on it.
