Someone on the Sasquatch Facebook page said they emailed Livenation about in and out privileges and they replied saying they will continue to enforce the no re-entry policy this year.
FUCK.

That would indicate a barcoded wristband, something like this?
![[image] [image]](http://www.wristbands.co.uk/images/vinyl-barcode.jpg)
It really is the fair way to do it. That way if you get kicked out the first day, you can still come back the next three.
The campground is so far away, you would need at least a two hour gap in which you weren't interested in any of the music or comedy to make the trip worth it.

ya, honestly it's not a huge deal for me. I pack in everything I'm going to need for the day, vodka included. I do this because the walk is so fucking long, and there never is a huge enough gap for me to walk to camp, grab a sweater and a beer and walk back to the gates.

Agreed. I'm one of those sorry assholes sitting at the gate from 930am on waiting to snipe a spot on the terrace, and I don't bring anything with me except blankets (so the search doesn't take long) and my group comes later with all our shit for the day. So I don't really care about in and out privileges.

for me, the in and out thing depends on the lineup... not just the sweater/beer stock up time.
If you're jazzed about a band that goes on at 1 pm but the next act you want to see doesn't go on until after 4, the lack of no ins/outs can really blow.
so, while I'm disappointed right now, I won't know for sure until I see the Schedule later on. Having said that... last year was great, because there was always somebody I wanted to see. It didn't bother me at all... except for when i got tired of paying over 10 bucks for shitty beer.

In and outs don't really matter too too much to me, except for two years ago when it was necessary.
It started out super hot in the morning so me and my sister dressed accordingly and brought sweaters because, well, it's the gorge. Somewhere around 4 the heat disappeared and the wind started up (this was the day when they had to shut down the main stage) Even with our sweaters and the both of us cuddled up in the blanket we brought it was waaay too cold to enjoy anything. We went back and forth to the main gate trying to get someone to let us go back to the campground to get some warmer clothes and eventually they did let us but it was a huge hassle. Really that's the only time I would want to do that walk twice in one day, but we were actually just considering leaving and not coming back that day because it was so bad.

Oh yeah, that night was COLD. I remember walking from the Wookie stage area to the main stage to catch Spoon, dressed in my typical shorts and sandals (I never learn). Right when we got over the hill, we were hit with a giant blast of bone chilling wind. It was that moment I decided I don't like Spoon.
Welcome to the board mxgw.

i see there are no ins and outs does mean you cant go back to your campsite and come back? ive never been to squatch before but coachella lets you go to your campsite whenever. probably a stupid question. i think they must mean like you cant leave the whole sasquatch AREA camping included because if not thats dumb

Coachella hasn't always had re-entry, fyi. And from what we have gathered, there will not be any back and forth between regular camping and the festival, the same as in past years.
