Beginning Friday May 27, single day ticket price goes to $89.50 for each day (no more 4 day passes available). Again, price is all inclusive. |

I think this is pretty clear.
Also it's nice to see that that when the price of four day passes DOES go up, it's only by ten bucks. |

Son of a bitch. Well that's stupid. The notion that it covers "parking" as well as camping is bullshit, too; parking has been god damn free. What in the unholy fuck is this stupid shit?

The more I think about it the more awful it sounds - I grew out of communal camping 10 years ago. And thinking about it as an extra half-day of music with camping thrown in for free still doesn't justify the increased cost.
It has always just been a quick 20-minute trip across the river back to my nice tent, steaks on the grill and hot shower. I have never understood the point of camping without open flames anyway...
Well, I'm sure some LiveNation analyst ran the festival attendance numbers against the campground attendance numbers and decided that the vast majority of attendees DO camp there. So, while this might be a good thing for most folks it still stinks for some of us.

I missed that. This does surprised me, but seeing as I plan on camping anyway I'm not too concerned. Most other major festivals charge for camping by the person not by the car, so I guess it's just Sasquatch's time to join them.

It is pretty rotten of them to not even give you the option. You and I8 should start a letter writing campaign. Maybe they'll listen.

Exactly,I'm an old fart 54 to be exact, this will be my fifth. I need my comfy bed at the hotel in Ellensburg. I'm dissapointed,I'll wait and see how the line up and single day passes pan out cost wise.
