We're a good four months away from the line-up announcement but don't let that stop you from joining the conversation.

That was only last year, and it wasn't discounted. You could still pay the same price after the lineup was announced.

It's not like C3 (yet), who have their special discounted tickets going on sale several months before their festivals.

Any word about them doing the same pre-Christmas ticket sale this year? For some reason I'm really looking forward to dropping a couple hundred bucks on Sasquatch tickets next month. Now that summer is officially over where I am, Sasquatch 2011 is like a beacon of light at the end of a long, rainy tunnel.

I'm one of these lurkers considering how many post I have, and how long I've been a member. It's actually a bit easier now to get on here since I have a decent computer and can take it to my classes with me.

It treats me well. I love it here. I really love the mountains, and every time I leave the state I'm reminded of how much I do love the mountains and the city in general.

I wish it wasn't such an conservative state sometimes, or that more people would at least be accepting of certain things.

I lived in Provo for a couple years. SLC is like an oasis of culture in that state. Many of the greatest shows I've seen were in Salt Lake City.

Yeah I refuse to live in Provo. They do have a nice little local music scene down in Provo now (which I'll occasionally venture down for shows), but I definitely prefer Salt Lake, they do get some great shows here, and I love the free concert series they do in the summer as well (although a free modest mouse concert last year was a bit insane).

One of my friends who went to school at BYU hated living in Provo. She moved up to Salt Lake for her last semester, and even though she hated the drive everyday, it made her experience here much more enjoyable.
