I would get them ASAP. Judging by how fast Coachella sold out, it's a big year for festivals. Get on that.

Yeah, sorry Anton. You're going to want to gobble the tix up ASAP because not only is this the 10th ann, but there's a lot of great headliners in the rumor mill, so they will sell really fast.

Also, since Coachella is sold out, we are going to have more transplants than usual from SoCal.

Ok so this is going to be my first year to sasquatch and I wanted to create a thread to addrewss all of the questions that all of us first timers are bound to have.

First off what is the food situation like? I want to spend as little money as possible there. What do you suggest bringing?

Also after you enter the venue can you leave to go back to your campsite to eat, rest, drink ect...

Thanks for the help

Inside the venue, the food is rather terrible. I'm a vegetarian so the options are even worse. I paid $8 for a veggie wrap which was basically pita bread, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and onions which ranch salad dressing.

I would say bring in high protein granola bars, beef jerky and a piece of fruit. Vegetarians substitute the beef jerky for another snack like tofu jerky, nuts, or more fruit/veggies.

Also, if you do decide on buying food in the venue, stick to deep fried foods. Not appetizing to some, but it's the best way to prevent food poisoning. And hell, you're walking, dancing, and sweating so much it's not going to make much difference on the waistline!

beer > food

and the gyros would be delicious if I ate meat! Otherwise it's an 800% price markup.

I didn't try the noodles...they looked a little too radioactive, if that even makes sense. Instead I survived on the elephant ears.

Hopefully this year it won't get so cold that I need to buy a $5 tea again.

Its hilarious how that post now makes absolutely no sense. In fact, it just looks like I'm confirming something we've known for a while. What I actually said was, is I a:te auto correcting to I 8.

Haha I saw she posted that and it didn't correct, must have turned the filter off or something. It would have been hilarious if it did filter and she was all WTF?
