Heh I was just saying that as an example.. I was just wondering if there were healthy options as opposed to comfort food. Like restaurant food as opposed to fast food. "Delicious alternatives"

What I've heard is that between the ages 21-24 they just add on extra charges. If under 21 you basically cannot rent a car. I'm 20. |
|
Go to Budget's website. Begin filling out a reservation. You will see that it asks for your age at some point. There are three categories: 25+, 21-25, <21. Yes, it costs more. You can do it.
I believe in you -- YOU CAN GET TO THIS FESTIVAL!

The whole point of Sasquatch is to leave it a disgusting mess. Awful food, no showers, sunburns, hungover, etc. No classy food, come on. My first year, I brought two boxes of Pop Tarts and tried to live off of that. (Good thing I only went for two days/nights.)

I've been to festivals before, every year I DJ at Soundwave Music Festival on Vancouver Island and I go for a whole week. I'm also 31, and it takes things like a good meal or even having a shower half way through the festival to feel refreshed and ready to rock out all day/night. Yes, people CAN live of pop tarts if they wanted to but, why would you want to if you don't have to? I've spent the last 10 years treating my body like crap and I still do, but when I'm somewhere where i'm going to be doing a lot of debauchery I'd love to have at least ONE good meal throughout the weekend!

they won't let you across the border with it since you're not legal age in the U.S.
you might have to go old-school and loiter outside a liquor store on the way. Where are you coming from?

You won't be able to take alcohol across the border if you are under 21. I would say your best bet would be to find someone in the campsite to buy it for you at the general store. Even the ridiculously overpriced general store beer will be cheaper than buying booze in Canada.

I just had a few questions regarding parking and camping (doesn't everybody?) I read through all the posts on here and didn't really get an answer to this so here goes..
I bought a premier camping pass, which is good 4 3 days. I also bough a premier parking pass, but it just says "GOOD FOR THIS DAY ONLY" and then shows the date of Monday, May 31st on it.
So like, I've been told that you park at your camp site.. is that true? and if it is, do I just leave my car and tent(s) all in the same spot all weekend? or will I have to move it, or will I have to park somewhere else away from where I camp? I'm not sure why it just says Monday only on the parking pass.. I spent like $30 on it. I hope I don't have to buy one for every day? There was never an option for this when I purchased it.
Also, when the concert is over for a night, and it's like, 1am or whatever, am I able to drive to a store near by and come back to my camp site? Or does no re-entry apply for the entire weekend?
Thanks in advance, so stoked this is my first massive festival experience! I go to Soundwave every year but it's very laid back compared to this.
Cheers, Mykee |

If you have purchased a premier camping ticket, which you stated you did, you will not need to buy a parking ticket. If you did, sell it.
Yes, you camp next to your car, and you go to the festival with your tent pitched, and everything valuable locked in your car. Any random can steel your tent if they really want to, but I've never heard of it happening.
You stay at the same spot all weekend, next to your tent, and your car.

We're coming from calgary so if there is anyone else coming from this direction who wants to meet up on the other side of the border to help us out we could most likely make it worth your while

If you're in the area when I'm in the area I'd have no problem doing this.

What? Do you mean a section of the campsite with no cars?
